Our Mission

Nobody should have to pay to find out they were wronged.

When someone is turned away — for how they see, how they look, or who they are — they are left holding three separate problems at once: the hurt, the question of what to do next, and the cost of getting either answered. We take on all three, and we charge for none of them.

All Three, Together

What You Would Otherwise Pay Three People For

A therapist, a career counsellor and a lawyer — three appointments, three fees, three waiting lists. Here it is one conversation.

Healing

Mental peace, at no cost

Private therapy in India runs to thousands of rupees an hour, so the people carrying the most tend to be the ones who can least afford to put it down. Our counselling is free, confidential, in your own language, and has no session limit. You are not billed for needing longer.

Free, unlimited counselling

Confidential, including anonymous

In the language you think in

Direction

The best career advice we can give

Knowing you were treated unfairly does not tell you what to do on Monday. We work out which courses and careers are genuinely open, which rule actually applies to you, and what the next concrete step is — then we stay with you through the applications and the appeals.

Which path, and how to walk it

The real rule, not the rumour

We stay until you are settled

Justice

Somebody standing with you

If something wrong has been done to you — whatever it relates to, whoever did it — we hear it out. No proof, no lawyer and no particular words are needed to start. We explain your options, help you file, and follow it up with the institution concerned.

Every complaint is heard

Any ground, any institution

Followed up, not filed away

Our Vision

A society where no one is judged or limited by the colour of their skin, the way they see the world, their height, their gender, or any other difference.

Not a society where discrimination is politely disapproved of — one where it is genuinely harder to do, because the schools, the colleges and the workplaces have been changed from the inside.

The same meadow scene as seen with normal vision, deuteranopia, protanopia and tritanopia
One scene, four kinds of vision

Around 70 million people in India see the world in one of the lower three panels. Most are never told, and find out when something is refused.

How We Work

Four Things We Do Not Compromise On

They sound obvious written down. In practice each one is the thing people tell us they had never been given anywhere else.

Our Impact So Far
Believe people, not paperwork

Your word is enough to begin. We do not ask for proof, witnesses or the right words.

Meet people where they are

Your language, your pace, your decision about what happens next.

Change the room, not just the person

We go back to the school, college or workplace where it happened.

Stay until it is finished

The session is the beginning of the work, not the whole of it.

In Their Words

What It Looked Like From the Other Side

“One test decided I could not do the course, and I thought that was the end of it. They went through the actual rule with me, helped me appeal, and stayed in touch until I was back in class.”

Rahul K. Diploma student, Ranchi · Career guidance

“They did not just give a speech and leave. They came back, checked what we had applied for, and helped two of us fix our forms. That follow-up is what made the difference.”

Meera S. Final year student, Jamshedpur · Motivation session

“The session changed how our whole staff room talks about children who see colour differently. Worksheets and lab work were redesigned within a month.”

Principal Government High School, Jamshedpur · Teacher training

“Our PoSH training was practical and human. People asked real questions for the first time, instead of sitting through slides waiting for it to end.”

HR Lead Manufacturing company, Jharkhand · PoSH training

“I found out at the camp that I am colour blind. Twenty years and nobody had ever tested me. They explained exactly which courses it affects and which it does not.”

Arjun P. First year student, Jamshedpur · Free screening camp

“The workshop used real examples of people who had been through it, not slides. That is the part everyone in my class still talks about.”

Sana A. Class 11 student, Ranchi · Awareness workshop

“I had stopped going to class because it was easier than being looked at every day. Someone here listened first, without rushing me. I am back.”

Fatima R. Class 12 student, Hyderabad · Counselling

“The certificates mattered for our compliance file, but the change in how managers speak to their teams is what we actually got out of it.”

Training Officer Partner company, Jharkhand · Inclusive workplaces
