We are India’s first non-profit organisation dedicated to colour vision deficiency. We began with one mission: that nobody is quietly shut out of an education or a career because of how they see colour.
Our Story
Over the years we saw that discrimination does not stop at colour vision. People are held back for their skin tone, their height, their gender. So we widened the work.
Real change happens through awareness, training, support and action. Anyone who has been treated unfairly can come to us. We listen, we guide, we train, and we follow it up — and for students, we stay involved until they are settled.
How We Work
The same sequence whether someone arrives with an exam rejection, a harassment complaint, or no idea what to call what happened to them.
We hear you without judgment. Your experience is valid.
Your rights explained plainly. Support at every step.
Respect can be learned. We teach it in schools, colleges and workplaces.
We follow through — appeals, applications, placements — until it is finished.
Impact & Journey
We work so that no person is judged, rejected, or made smaller because of who they are.
Our Journey
Conversations start about colour discrimination and how it affects people in India. Three committed people decide to do something about it.
The first 500 people connect for support and counselling. We listen, take notes, and learn what people actually need.
First school partnerships begin. We design awareness training and run it in ten schools. Students respond powerfully.
First companies invite us to deliver PoSH and inclusion training. We reach beyond schools into workplaces across India.
Programme certification finalised. The volunteer base grows, and screening camps become a standing programme rather than a one-off.
More than 10,000 people reached and screened, 200 schools transformed, 150 workplaces engaged, and 180 volunteers on the ground.
More schools, more colleges, more workplaces. Motivation and career guidance become a standing programme of their own.
We will never stop speaking up. We will never stop believing people. We will never stop working toward a world where every person — whatever their colour, height, weight, ability or gender — is valued exactly as they are.
180 volunteers make this possible, every single day.
The director, the team leaders and the volunteers who carry the programmes week to week.
